Sales Organization
Nipro Pharma's sales organization consists of eight bases and ten branch offices throughout Japan. We proactively collect data and listen to the needs of patients and healthcare professionals, and offer information to medical facilities and pharmacies as well. We have established a reliable distribution system for stable supply, and our sales organization guarantees quick and dependable delivery of our generic products.
Distribution System
At our distribution bases, we have prepared warehouses for storage at both room and cold temperatures. These warehouses also implement automatic rack systems that ensure reliable storage and transport operations through online controls. Our distribution system can prepare a bundle of different products on request and quickly deliver it to any location in Japan. We take thorough measures to maintain quality and temperature management in our warehousing and distribution operations and have succeeded in establishing a reliable supply system that can deliver the right product at the right time.
Corporate Activities
Medical Representatives
We have created a team of medical representatives (MRs) who offer detailed information about our products and services to healthcare facilities. Furthermore, our sales force automation (SFA) system collects data and requirements of individual healthcare facilities. In this manner, we provide swift responses and practical information to support everyone involved in healthcare and thus contribute to the advancement of medical treatment.
*SFA: A system developed to improve customer relations. Data in this system is updated daily.

Providing Safety Information
Nipro Pharma constantly strives to provide the latest safety information on our products and services to healthcare professionals as swiftly as possible. We collect and evaluate safety data on our products and services, and make revisions to emergency safety facts and precautionary instructions as necessary according to standards set by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.
